Healthcare and HIPAA compliance are of the utmost importance to Practice Care Management Group Ltd (PCMG). PCMG cultivates and encourages a "culture of compliance" in all aspects of our company operations. Our main goal is to obtain the total reimbursement that our clients are legally and ethically entitled to.

PCMG complies with all HIPAA regulations. In accordance with federal mandates, our software is HIPAA compliant. All clients, vendors, and clearinghouses are required to sign a business associate agreement. In addition, our electronic systems employ many safeguards to protect the security and confidentiality of PHI (protected health information.) PCMG remains dedicated to protecting both patient & client information and our systems continually evolve to ensure complete confidentiality.

PCMG is in the process of updating & fully implementing our compliance plan. PCMG’s compliance plan has been developed according to the OIG guidelines for third party billing companies and evolves to always remain current. Our Compliance Officer, along with our Quality Assurance Managers, conduct on-going internal audits to monitor the accuracy of all work. In addition, PCMG communicates with many sources on a daily basis regarding developments in the field of compliance. An on-going training program is mandatory for all staff members of PCMG and clients receive communication and training on compliance issues that relate to their practice and specialty.

Our clients are secure in the knowledge that PCMG’s compliance program, overall culture of compliance, and adherence to HIPAA regulations are in place and continually followed.
